1/16" x 48" x 1250' Perforated Air Foam Roll

This perforated air foam roll measures 1/16" thick by 48" wide and 1,250 feet long, with cross-perforations spaced every 12" for consistent, tool-free tear-off. The wide format and generous roll length make it one of the higher-capacity foam rolls available in this thickness, minimizing changeovers in active packing operations.

The 48" width accommodates large and oversized items directly off the roll, and can be folded or cut down for narrower applications. Typical uses include wrapping fragile goods in e-commerce fulfillment, interleaving layers in retail distribution, and surface protection in manufacturing and electronics packaging. The moisture-resistant foam is well suited for products sensitive to humidity during transit or storage.

Each roll weighs 31.32 lbs and is sold individually. The foam provides light cushioning and surface scratch protection without adding significant weight to packed shipments. Due to roll size and weight, freight delivery is required.
