These air foam rolls combine a 1/16" thickness with a generous 36" width and 1,250' length per roll, yielding 2,500 linear feet of cushioning material per case. Thousands of small air cells throughout the foam provide lightweight shock absorption and surface protection without scratching or abrading finished goods.

The 36" width makes these rolls practical for wrapping larger items whole or sheeting down to custom widths for smaller products. Manufacturers, distributors, and fulfillment centers use this foam to wrap fragile components, layer between stacked goods, and line boxes or crates where light cushioning is the priority rather than heavy-duty blocking and bracing.
